PROCESSING TIME
Most orders that are in stock are processed within 2-3 days, except during peak seasons (such as Christmas, Easter, etc...) when it may take up to 5 days. Processing time does not include shipping time.

We accept:When paying with a Credit Card, you authorize PolStore to charge your credit card for the total amount of your order including shipping and any applicable sales taxes. Your credit card will be charged when order is processed.

Once a package has been sent, under no circumstances will the shipping charges be refunded.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico All orders ship to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico will be charged an additional $6.00 when shipped by USPS Priority mail or USPS First Class Mail.
WRONG ADDRESS, STOLEN PACKAGES & UNCLAIMED SHIPMENT
Wrong Address: If USPS fail to deliver a package because the address provided by the customer is wrong or incomplete, the customer will need to pay the shipping charges again to get the package resent. Stolen Package: Packages are sometimes left by the carrier on a doorstep if no one is home. It is the responsibility of the customer to make the arrangements to secure the package. If the package is stolen, PolStore, Inc. will not be held responsible, and will not replace the package. Unclaimed Shipment: if a package we sent is unclaimed and returned to us, the customer will need to pay the shipping charges once again to get the package resent.
BROKEN ITEMS
We do our best to package all products carefully and anything we send is in perfect condition. While we appreciate every order, we cannot take responsibility for a product’s safe arrival. Please, make sure you add $2.30 insurance to your order when items you have ordered are breakable.
RETURNS
Please, contact us before returning any item to us. You can return undamaged or unopened item you do not like. When planning to return cosmetics or food, ONLY UNOPENED packages will be accepted for a refund. REMEMBER, shipping costs are not refundable. Do Not Send us a package without contacting us first!
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We ship worldwide. Our delivery charges are based on package weight, size, country of destination, and do not include insurance.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS
All packages are sent by International Priority Mail (6-10 Business Days) to most countries.
Please Note! Once an international package leaves our facility, PolStore assumes no responsibility for its delivery. We have no control over the international carriers, and will not refund for products lost or damaged during transit.
LOCAL TAXES & CUSTOM DUTIESCustomers, not PolStore, Inc. are responsible for any local taxes or customs duties which may arise.
