Acne-prone skin is a problem not only for the adolescents. Acne proneness is more and more often observed in people over 30 or 40 as the so-called “late acne”. Acne changes result from hormonal disorders that interfere with normal operation of sebaceous glands. The excessive amount of the sebum secreted is accumulated in the pores, creating blackheads. Oily skin is very prone to bacterial infections because the changed skin reaction enables penetration of microorganisms that feed on fat.

Remember:

Avoid:

Removing blackheads by yourself – you may have permanent scars.
Excessive exposition to sunlight – it may increase sebum production.

Carefully selected ingredients ensure its effective performance. - Octopirox® (Piroctone olamine) and allantoin normalize and restore balance to the microflora of the epidermis, preventing frequent reoccurrence of redness and excessive scaling. - lipids from sweet almond oil have lubricating and regenerating properties. The treatment is recommended for the care of reddened skin that is prone to excessive scaling, particularly around the nostrils, between the eyebrows, on the forehead and around the mouth. Suitable for use by persons undergoing treatment for a seborrheic inflammation of the skin or in order to prevent excessive scaling from reoccurring.
